Layout of the Globals tab

The Globals Tab displays the following:

• the general menus; File, Log, Build, and Help
• the treeview where the project is shown
• buttons below the treeview to move books up and down within the project
• Add button with Hierarchal Category drop-down menu
• Edit button with Project Info and Hierarchical Category drop-down menu
• Preview and Build buttons
